Technical assistance for computer equipment

The IT Assistance service is an ad hoc, on-demand helpdesk for the local hardware (desktop, laptop and local servers), OS and extended office suite (MS, Apple, Antivirus, VPN, local security) of the regional entities.

Whether remotely or in person, IT Assistance offers a support service that manages the delivery of computer equipment, configurations and local incident management. 

Management of computer equipment 

IT Assistance ensures the optimal operation of hardware and software. 

This service includes two types of intervention: 

• IT operations, whose priority is to manage every phase of the production launch (installation, configuration, assistance): 
  • implementation and guarantee of the correct operation of the computer system (servers and workstations); 
  • implementation of operating procedures (back-ups, automation, updates, etc.). 
• Computer maintenance, whose objective is to guarantee the availability of hardware and applications to users: 
  • handling of the operational management of the computer and the evolution of the tools (hardware, software); 
  • installation of equipment, troubleshooting and training in the context of user assistance. 

Helpdesk for requests and incidents 

The IT Assistance service also handles requests and incidents linked to products made available or implemented by Paradigm. 

Any other support request for software not implemented by Paradigm must be submitted for review.
