IRISbox is the electronic one-stop-shop of the administrations of the Brussels-Capital Region. It simplifies administrative procedures for citizens, companies and administrations. 

Available in all Brussels municipalities 

IRISbox is available in the 19 municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region (Anderlecht Auderghem, Berchem-Sainte-Agathe, Brussels, Etterbeek, Evere, Forest, Ganshoren, Ixelles, Jette, Koekelberg, Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, Saint-Gilles, Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Schaerbeek, Uccle, Watermael-Boitsfort, Woluwe-Saint-Lambert and Woluwe-Saint-Pierre). Citizens and companies can consult their documents online 24/7.  

Make an appointment via IRISbox

It is also possible to make an appointment on IRISbox in just a few clicks. For this, you need:  

• your electronic identity card (eID) with your pin code, 
• an electronic identity card reader, 
• and the eID Viewer software. 

You can also log in via the itsme mobile app, which allows you to log in quickly and easily with a 5-digit code or a fingerprint. 

Household composition request

Thanks to IRISbox, you have access to the following documents: 

• certificates (birth, marriage, divorce, death) and criminal records, certificates (life, household composition, residence, nationality), road reservation, resident/parking card, change of address declaration; 
• applications for refunds, exemptions or deferrals of the regional tax to the Brussels Regional Public Service.
