Marketing Cloud: a great asset for the BRIC, regional administrations and citizens!

The regional CRM service offer is expanding with Marketing Cloud. The solution improves interactions with the region's citizens and businesses by expertly tailoring communications. 

While the regional CRM platform offers administrations solutions for the management and delivery of their services, Marketing Cloud enhances citizens' experiences with the right message at the right time, by creating smart digital experiences.

In general, training will be provided for administrations interested in the CRM Competence Centre, so that they can use Marketing Cloud on a decentralised basis. Video tutorials are also being created to support internal-external user training.
